Bretby Hall was a former orthapoedic hospital and grade ll* listed building extending to some 60,000ft2.

Our skilled tradesmen converted this building into 30 spectacular apartments ranging in size from 800ft2 to 6,500ft2.

We also constructed 32 new build properties in the grounds of the main building.
